This Privacy Policy explains how Bewise collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit bewise.com.es or contact us about our software development services.

Who we are

What data we collect

• Contact data you send us: name, email address, company, role and any information you include about your project, budget or deadlines when you email us.
• Complaints and suggestions: the information you submit through our complaints and suggestions form, which is hosted on Google Forms.
• Technical and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages visited, time on site, clicks, downloads and interactions with forms, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
• Company identification data: our analytics providers may infer the company you are browsing from, based on your IP address.

How we use your data

• To answer your enquiries and prepare quotations.
• To manage our relationship with clients and deliver our services.
• To understand how our website is used and improve it.
• To identify companies interested in our services and follow up on business opportunities.

Cookies and third-party services

The following analytics and visitor-identification services are only loaded if you accept cookies in our cookie banner. If you reject them, or do not choose, they are not loaded:

• Google Analytics (Google LLC): website usage statistics.
• Apollo.io website tracker (Apollo.io): identification of visiting companies and website analytics.
• Sortlist Radar (Sortlist SA): session, click, form and download tracking and identification of visiting companies.
• Sortlist review widget: our reviews are loaded from sortlist.com, which receives your IP address.
• Two essential first-party cookies are always set: localConsent, which stores your cookie choice for one year, and NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers your language.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from the Cookie settings link in the website footer. Withdrawing consent stops these services from loading and deletes the cookies they set on our domain. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that process it on our behalf, such as our website hosting, email and analytics providers and the services listed above, and with authorities when the law requires it.

International transfers

Bewise is based in Argentina, a country the European Commission recognises as providing an adequate level of data protection. Some of our providers process data in other countries, including the United States. Depending on the law that applies to you, including Argentine Law 25,326 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

• Request the deletion of your data.
• Object to or request restriction of processing.
• Receive your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Complaints

The Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, AAIP), as the supervisory authority for Law 25,326, is responsible for handling complaints from anyone whose rights have been affected by a breach of the data protection rules in force.

If you are in the European Union, you can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority, which in Spain is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).

Children

Our website and services are aimed at businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
